I just saw this and thought it might be interesting for some of the journalists in this community.
I am sure Biba will also post in the calendar. She does such a great job of keeping things up-to-date!

"The International Center for Journalists (ICFJ) invites Persian-speaking journalists to apply for an online course on reporting social issues. The last day to apply is March 17.
Led by a team of ICFJ instructors, the six-week course will take place April 6 to May 18. During the course, participants will discuss issues ranging from working on the social beat to avoiding stereotypes and using statistics.
The course is open to 20 computer-literate Persian-speaking journalists and bloggers with at least one year of experience and a passion for journalism.
Participants must be willing to spend time reading materials and interacting online with instructors and fellow participants. Participants who complete the training will receive a certificate of participation.
Those who have already participated in ICFJ's online training programs are encouraged to apply."
