Lebanon devote a precedent in the Human Rights Council- Bassam AlKantar - Alakhbar

The Ink: removable only by the dangerous and deadly Potassium cyanide. Bassam al Kantar - Al akhbar

For the first time in Lebanon, voters shall ink their thumbs with a special indelible ink that should last for a minimum of 24 hours, which will be provided by the ministry of interior for all polling stations.
