Journalism Network

Dear friends,

wherever you are, whatever news you may be interested in, Egypt and the events of the last few days are making history. Just as with Tunisia earlier this month, events are moving fast and you need contacts to get inside this story.

We have many Egyptians, and Tunisians, on the network, some of the best and most open journalists available in both countries.

As head of training for the project, I urge you now to make best use of the network, to get in touch with the reporters we've worked with over the years, get the comments and information you need from a rapidly changing situation.

You can find them by going into the 'members' tab and using the search facility. Look under 'Cairo' or 'Tunis' or 'Tunisia' and you'll find many, many contacts.

Obviously contact is dependent on internet working in each location. But it's a place to start.

My very best

David Quin
